You can freeze anything.

I have been working hard on the kids bathroom, part 2.  Here is a sneak peak...

Lots of white and wood.  Next weekend is the Nashville Flea Market, and I am hoping to pick up the last few pieces.  Then I will be ready to show it off.

In the meantime, life has been crazy and fun in this HOT summer.  And I am proud to say that I have survived life with 3 kids...all summer long.  Without a daytime babysitter, or family nearby, I have had 1 or all of the kids with me during the week, all summer.  For me...that is a huge accomplishment.  For some moms, this comes naturally.  The older I get, the more introverted I become, and I am always having to work on patience.  And a hot summer with three kids takes a lot of patience.

We did find one fun way to cool off...homemade frozen yogurt popsicles.  They were actually pretty yummy!

We used bathroom dixie cups, and did one layer pink lemonade, and one layer homemade blueberry yogurt with popsicle sticks in the middle.

I wish I could say that we even made the plain yogurt from scratch...but who am I kidding, I have three kids.  Caleb and I took plain yogurt, fresh blueberries, and honey from a Jacksonville, FL bee-man - and blended it together.

After the lemonade had frozen, we added the yogurt layer.  If I do this again, I would reverse the layers.  The frozen yogurt was soooo good...everyone tried to eat it first.

Once everything is frozen, just peel off the paper cup.  **The bottom of the cup is reinforced with extra paper and it is a little harder to remove.  I had to let the popsicles start to melt a little, tear off the paper, and then refreeze.

And just so you know...they were delicious.  I think next time I might float blueberries or strawberries in the lemonade and freeze.  I think these would be beautiful for 4th of July.

A lot healthier than popsicles from the grocery store.  And the kids had fun helping me make them.
